To provide exceptional service, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Standard purchases of stocked items from our showroom, warehouse, or incoming stock are not subject to a restocking charge. You may return products in their original condition within two weeks without incurring a restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and a pick-up charge of an equal amount must be paid before scheduling the pick-up. Final Sale, As Is, and Clearance Center merchandise are non-returnable.
Special Order Products
Due to teak’s weathering process, teak products left outside past the day of delivery may not be returned. If you wish to return a teak item, store the item inside immediately and make arrangements for its return.
